The Take5 Rapid Review and Audit has been designed to offer immediate insight, advice and guidance.

Our Take5 rapid reviews are designed to offer our clients with a fast and efficient method for reviewing and assessing an existing policy, process or programme within a specific and immediate time-frame. Standard diversity and inclusion audits often take months to complete, whereas our T5 audit has been specifically designed to provide a fast track and robust audit process over a 5 day period.

Conducted over 5 days, this process often involves a dedicated team comprising of our specialist consultants. T5 is designed to provide immediate feedback covering a range of decision-making areas, including:

  • Review of an organisation’s end to end recruitment process
  • Review of an organisation’s performance management framework
  • Insight into talent management reviews
  • Insight into employee engagement methods
  • Insight into either internal or external communications

Method:

The method for T5 is robust. It typically involves 5 key stages:

  1. Stage 1: Agreement of outcomes to be achieved over the 5 day review period
  2. Stage 2: Desk top review: Review of the policy, processes or programme under audit and other desk top analysis as deemed necessary
  3. Stage 3: Interviews: This involves conducting 1:1 interviews with relevant and diverse stakeholders. Depending on the review in question this could be internal and external stakeholders
  4. Stage 4: Focus groups: To ensuring we get a 360 degree view from a diverse range of perspectives we conduct a series of focus groups
  5. Stage 5: Report and findings: At the end of day 5, we will present to a report summarising our key findings together with our 5 key recommendations for improvements.
